About Barbara Fallis, APRN
Hello and welcome — I’m Barbara Fallis, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Certified Case Manager with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals in diverse settings, from hospitals and home health in rural communities where access to care is limited.
I’ve also been deeply honored to serve our Veterans and active Military service members — a responsibility I’ve never taken lightly and one that has shaped my commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
My approach to medicine centers around helping people feel their best through personalized care. I find great joy in seeing patients improve their health, especially when they’re able to reduce or even eliminate certain medications through sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether supporting someone on their weight loss journey, addressing hormone-related concerns, Primary care or managing urgent health needs, my goal is to empower you with the tools and the support you need to thrive.

If you’re experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or signs of a stroke for example.. sudden numbness or weakness to one side of the body, sudden confusion, sudden difficulty speaking, sudden trouble seeing, sudden difficulty walking, loss of balance or coordination, or sudden severe headache.
